Saori M Stoneware currently ships within the United States (domestic), and International. 

Shipping Time

In stock work, orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt via USPS or UPS.

Because items in this store are made in small quantities, there is usually only a small stock of each item. Therefore, some products are made to order and may take 4-8 weeks to ship.

Please understand that all items are handmade and I cannot speed up the process. I will keep you posted on the progress of your pre-order production.

Packaging Safety

All orders are packed carefully with environmentally friendly materials. All orders are insured and you will receive an email with tracking information when your item ships. In case of damage, please contact me via email (info@saorimstoneware.com) immediately.

 

Delivered Packages, Loss, and Theft

Delivered Packages

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Saori M Stoneware is not responsible for packages that are reported as missing, lost, or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Theft after delivery

• Misdelivery to a neighboring address

• Packages left in unsecured locations

• Loss after delivery confirmation

Required Steps in Case of Delivered but Missing Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the recipient is required to:

1. Contact their local post office to file a missing mail or theft report

2. File a police report in cases of suspected theft

3. Provide any report numbers or documentation if requested

These steps are necessary for any further investigation or third party protection review.

Shipping Protection and Carrier Investigations

While we may assist with carrier inquiries when possible, all investigations are subject to the carrier’s policies and determinations. Saori M Stoneware cannot guarantee outcomes of carrier or third party investigations.

Acknowledgment of Risk

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping, especially for unique, one of a kind artworks. We strongly recommend selecting secure delivery options and ensuring a safe delivery location.

Product Disclaimer 

All Saori Matsushita works are handcrafted, so the size and weight of each piece may vary slightly. Also, the pattern created is never the same.

Please refer to the page of each item for microwave and dishwasher safe. Nevertheless, as with all handmade ceramics, hand washing is recommended.
