This beautiful large stoneware mug is perfect for those who love a big cup of coffee or tea in the morning. The unique marbled pattern is created using the Neriage technique, where several colors of porcelain clays are combined and swirled together on a potter's wheel, making each piece one-of-a-kind.
The sandstone-like texture on the exterior of the mug provides a nice tactile sensation and is pleasant to hold. The large handle makes it easy to grasp, and the bright green glaze inside and on the handle adds a fun pop of color to your morning routine.
This mug is not only functional but also makes a great statement piece. It is ideal for use at the office, in the home, or as a gift for someone special. The 2-cup capacity ensures you have enough beverages to start your day off right.
This piece is also available at Saltstone Ceramics, a Seattle pottery gallery.

Care Information
Care Information
- Hand wash: Most of Saori M Stoneware items are dishwasher-safe, but hand washing is recommended. Please use mild soap and warm water. Avoid harsh chemicals or metal sponges that can scratch the surface of the glaze or clay.
- Avoid extreme temperature changes: Sudden changes in temperature can cause handmade ceramics to crack or break. Avoid placing ceramics directly on a stovetop or in the oven, as well as placing them in the freezer.
- Do Not Stack: To avoid scratches or chips, use protective padding such like papers, cloth when stacking ceramic dishes or bowls to store.
- Dry Storing: Avoid storing ceramics in a damp or humid environment in long term, as it can cause mold to the piece.
